I decided to do something with my Moo cards. A couple of pieces of card and a cheap (�1.50) clip frame later and here they are.

I had to go to Hobby Craft to get some sticky letters for another project, so I picked up the frame while I was there. If I was really brave and arty I would have got a really big frame and just put the pictures in the middle. If that had been done by Ikea it would cool, but I think it may look a little silly if I’d done it.

Maybe I should have gone for a slightly bigger frame and mount, but it’s not too bad for less than �2. I’m thinking about ordering a box of Moo mini cards and trying to think of some more original things to do with them. I think you could make a pretty neat mobile with them, or maybe cut them up in to alphabet letters to spell out words with.

I also need to start thinking of what to do for Christmas cards this year. Yes it is ages off, I’m not going to do them yet, just need to think of some ideas.

  Christmas cards… I have some nice pictures from last year that I intend to use - have you come across any good printing services that will make them into decent cards?

• Well, I’ve used Photobox before. They’re ok, but not really photo quality and they also leave about 1cm border around the image.

• Yeah, I’ve used Photobox just for prints… they are OK. I’ll have to look around for greetings cards suppliers.

• Mrs Roo and I are using Moo for our change of address cards. Can’t wait for them to arrive (and the moving date to be sorted) so we can start handing them out.
